Cancellation policy¶

• 72-hour rule: cancel by Sun Sep 20 at 07:00 AM for refund (minus $14.40 booking fees)
• After Sep 20 07:00 = non-refundable
• Weather cancellation by Ken's = full refund
• No-show = full forfeit

• No shuttle (Upper requires 30-45 min each way)
• Tour-only time: 1h vs 1.5h for Upper
• Total time saved: ~1.5h on a packed Wednesday
• More photogenic V-shape per most photographers
• Light beams (Upper's draw) don't show in mid-September anyway
